  5.       │     A "2" entered within each message area lets you delete    │
  6.       │     messages by age, and by if they were (RECV'D).            │

  8.       │     Generally, depending upon the frequency and number of     │
  9.       │     messages, this must be done routinely, ie. each day or    │
  10.       │     each week.  Typically Sysops delete messages over 14      │
  11.       │     days or 30 days old and delete the (RECV'D) messages.     │
  12.       │                                                               │
  13.       │     This command should immediately be followed with the      │
  14.       │     8 Command which sorts and renumbers the remaining msgs.   │
